The location was great and close to ski lifts, making it convenient for our family. The rooms were clean and the breakfast offered a variety of options. However, carrying our luggage up two flights of stairs was challenging, and the hot water was set too high, which made for an uncomfortable shower experience.

Just had a really pleasant stay! The staff was super helpful, especially Brian who went out of his way to help me when my car wouldn't start. Jedi at the front desk was awesome too! The breakfast blew me away—it was way better than I expected. A picnic area outside was a nice touch for chilling. The only issue was my room was kinda noisy, but I managed. Overall, a solid time!

Moreover, the location was ideal—close to downtown, making it easy to access meetings and nearby restaurants.

Charming lodge with a nice Tyrolean vibe. The room was comfy and offered a private bathroom, flat-screen TV, microwave, and fridge. Pool was warm and relaxing. Breakfast had delicious hot dishes like eggs and waffles. Fresh fruit. Staff was helpful. Location was close to the town and scenic trails for biking and running.

The room was pet friendly, but the manager was unhelpful during a laundry issue.

I loved being just a short, easy stroll away from the Sun Valley Center for the Arts and Ketchum/Sun Valley Heritage and Ski Museum, making my weekend adventures super enjoyable and stress-free. The heated pool was a hit with my kids after our outings.

Enjoying the cozy atmosphere, I appreciated the friendly staff and the comfortable room with lovely mountain views. However, the pool was quite dirty and there were issues with the AC on a hot day. Though the breakfast was decent, cleanliness left much to be desired.

The room had a comfortable bed, combining softness and support perfectly. Breakfast was a highlight, with everything from eggs and bacon to waffles, leaving no desire unmet. The location provided easy access to the ski bus, and the hot tub after a long day was a welcome treat. However, the Wi-Fi was inconsistent at times, and the noise from neighboring rooms could be an issue for light sleepers.

we had a fantastic stay at best western! the location is perfect, close to ski lifts and downtown. the room was lovely and spotless with comfy amenities. breakfast was superb, especially the fresh fruit and coffee by the fireplace. the outdoor spa added a nice touch to our experience!
